Iron fences and railings are a big part of a Chicago home's curb appeal, but salt, snow and rain wear through the paint and rust starts at every joint. We clean the metal, knock off loose rust and flaking paint, treat the bare spots, and repaint with a durable exterior metal enamel — usually a classic black, though we'll match whatever colour you have. Drop cloths go down first so the sidewalk, steps and planting beds stay clean.
