Fabric awnings can't take a blast of high pressure, so we clean them the way the fabric needs: a gentle cleaner, soft brushes and a low-pressure rinse that lifts dirt, bird droppings, mildew and city soot without fading the colour or loosening the stitching. We clean storefront awnings across Chicago and big retractable awnings over homeowners' decks — often early in the morning, before a business opens.
