Porch Staining

Chicago's wooden back porches carry a lot of traffic, weather and building-code wear, and a condo association rarely gets them all done at once. We power wash the full structure — floors, stairs, rails, spindles and landings, top floor to ground — then stain and seal it in one coordinated job. Building managers tell us what stands out is the prep: notices and timing worked out with residents, car covers and drop cloths in place, and every bucket and roll of tape gone when we leave. Front porches and steps get the same care.
