About Lara's Power Wash LLC
A Chicago family business built on careful work, clean job sites and word of mouth.
Clean surfaces. Protected wood. Done right.
Frederick Gonzalez started Lara's Power Wash LLC in 2015 with one pressure washer and a simple idea: do the job the careful way and leave the property cleaner than you found it. More than a decade later we're still a family business working out of Jefferson Park on Chicago's Northwest Side, and most of our work still comes from referrals — neighbours, condo boards and property managers who've seen what we did next door.
Over the years we've cleaned and sealed decks all over the North Side, stained three-storey rear porches for whole condo associations, washed storefronts and awnings from Wrigleyville to Arlington Heights, and kept lots and walks clear through Chicago winters. Customers tell us what stands out isn't just the result — it's that we show up when we say we will, explain the work as we go, and clean up every bucket and drop cloth before we leave.
Today we offer deck cleaning and sealing, porch staining, fence cleaning and staining, wrought iron refinishing, gutter and window cleaning, exterior home washing, awning cleaning, graffiti removal, parking garage cleaning, power washing and snow removal. We work Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and every estimate is free.

Our Mission
Keep Chicago homes and businesses clean, safe and protected year-round — washing and sealing in the warm months, snow and ice management in the cold ones — with work done carefully and priced fairly.
Our Promise
Our deck and porch stains carry a prorated warranty — 18 months on floors and steps, 3 years on rails and spindles — and our window cleaning is guaranteed streak-free. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right.
